Go St. Lucia!

St. Lucia recently restored ties with Taiwan after severing ties with China. I love it! It must really stick in the Chinese craw that a tiny island snubbed the most populace nation on earth. It would not be funny except for the fact that China’s government needs to grow up and get out of the communism and censorship business. Liberty, not government control, is the way of all responsible nations.

When China frees Tibet, when China relinquishes claims to Taiwan, when China allows a free and open press, when China ceases to patrol the web for “dangerous” opinions is when all nations should recognize China as a great nation. Until then, Taiwan should arm itself to the teeth with hundreds of nuclear warheads and all other nations should ostracize China from the world community.
