Now Conservatives waver on the War

In this editorial piece in Investor’s Business Daily we learn that it is not only the Democrats that fail to grasp the importance of staying the course in Iraq. There are conservatives also that seek to help the liberals waive the white flag of surrender.

Conservatives William F. Buckley Jr. and Senator Chuck Hagel have made some irresponsible comments concerning the Iraq war. But this editorial sets the record straight.

We cannot surrender in Iraq. We cannot give up. We cannot allow another genocide – which is certain to occur if we abandon Iraq. And that must not happen. We must stay the course and we must win. We’ve won harder fights and made greater sacrifices – so no excuse exists to surrender now - or ever.
